Minecraft: Game Review
Hello my name is Derek and today I'm making a review on a game called Minecraft. For those of you that don't know what Minecraft is; its a huge survival sandbox. A world in Minecraft consists of a unlimited block landscape filled with resources where you can go solo and survive on your own or make a server and play with friends. Minecraft is not only limited to building and gathering resources on the surface, you can also mine under ground and find endless resources. You can also craft items that are needed to survive. Minecraft is a great game read on to learn more about it and to see what I rate.
Minecraft
So, by the first section of my article you can
tell that Minecraft is a great game, but theirs more. Along with
Minecraft's unlimited, world there are a few different game modes. The
first is Survival; In survival you will need to get food to sustain your
hunger, weapons to fight back monsters, tools to gather materials, and
much more to survive in the crazy wilderness of Minecraft. Creative;
When you have unlimited resources, health and hunger with a additional
fly mode. Finally, Peaceful; In peaceful there are no monsters, no
hunger, limited resources and regenerating health. Now Minecraft is
great but what about its graphics? Minecraft's graphics are 32 bit,
which means the game is pixels. This is exceptional because Minecraft is
supposed to have pixels opposed to the great graphics Minecraft's
programmers can make. Minecraft is rather power hunger for the great
engine it has so, its for those of you that don't have the top notch
computers. I think thats a good rapping up point for regular Minecraft
next we will talk about Minecraft's many mods or add ons.
Mods and Texture Packs
So, next we I will be telling you about
Minecraft's many mods or, as some people call it add ons. But, they are
called mods more than anything else. Minecraft has many, many mods, some
popular ones are industrial craft, equivalent exchange, and build
craft. Different mods do different things; some add new crafting recipes
and ways to look at Minecraft, while others add new textures to
Minecraft's items. Mods are very important to Minecraft because some of
Minecraft's players are bored of regular Minecraft and come to relish
the new perspective or look of Minecraft's mods and texture packs. So,
in all, texture packs and mods are a huge important part of Minecraft
and it's players.
Conclusion
So, I told you about Minecraft's many wonders, dangers, and mods, but
now I'm going to tell you what I think about this amazing game in all.
Minecraft has no limit when it comes to world generation, resource
gathering, monster killing, and creativity, but texture is something
else. I believe, if Minecraft's programmers put some work into it they
could make Minecraft's graphics great. But, Minecraft is out and the
graphics are mostly untouched. Most say this is because Minecraft is
supposed to have poor graphics, but is that just a excuse? I don't know
but I'll still count points off. Well I have my calculations and points
done, its time to show what Minecraft is rated:9/10 I voted 9 instead of
10 because of Minecraft's graphics and the need to use mods at a
certain point to make Minecraft more enjoyable. But, besides that
Minecraft is a great game that deserves the 9 out of 10 with everything
