Little Big Planet 2
Hello my name is Derek and today I am going to be
dong a game review on a game called Little Big Planet 2. Little Big
Planet 2 was made by Media Molecule. Little Big Planet 2 is a game where
you have your own character who can grab items, jump, and run to
complete story or community levels. You can also go to your moon where
you can make you own levels.
Story and Community Levels
Little Big Planet 2 or LBP2 has a few game
modes, 2 being story and community levels. Story levels are levels made
by the creators of LBP2: Media Molecule or MM for short. These levels
have a story to it as the name describes. Your goal in the story is to
destroy the Negitron, the monster who destroyed and took you from your
home land. So, you follow his trail killing all his minions purifying
the world on the trail to disaster with the hope of peace. You then find
him at his last stand and end the negative, evil disaster before it
takes over the universe! So, thats the story now lets talk about the
community levels. The community levels are all the levels made by LBP2
and LBP1 players. None of these levels are made by MM, the story levels
are the only MM levels. Community levels probably go deeper than you
thought; community levels are found by someone searching there level and
going to it(the more popular the level the higher it will be on the
list of levels), or by someone selecting cool levels and pressing on a
level(very popular levels go on cool levels), by pressing MM picks and
selecting a level(MM picks, as you probably thought are levels selected
by MM, or someone can use a variety of different search preferences.
Some being most hearted, played, or busiest ever, in the week, or in the
month. So, LBP2 goes very deep when it comes to someone finding your
level, its almost like basic seo. So, I talked about the story and
community levels, next I'll be talking about your character and making
your own levels.
Level Making and My Character
So, I talked about the story and community
levels, next I'll be taking about level making and your character. Your
character has something called the poppet which is you character's menu
for changing clothes, talking to friends, placing stickers, hearting
levels, and restarting at a check point. You can change clothes to
change your appearance to others or to show off what clothing you've
earned. You can talk to friends with the chat box or you can get a
microphone and communicate with your voice. You can place and edit
stickers in a level or you can take a picture of a level and use that as
a sticker. You can heart levels to show your friends you like it, to
support the creator of the level, or heart for a quick and reliable way
to get to that level. Finally, you can restart to a check point, this is
only useful if your stuck and would like to restart without restarting
the level. So, you learned a lot about the character, now your going to
learn about making your very own levels. Making levels add some new
poppet items. They are: the cursor, the materials bag, and the tools
bag. The cursor can move and edit all placed items accept stickers. The
materials bag has all of your building materials and pre-made items
added by MM. The tools bag has everything you need to program the
coolest levels of all time! There are so many different items that, if
used in the right hands can be very useful. Thats all about LBP2 next

Conclusion
So, I talked a lot about LBP2 and I think this
is a good ending point for this review. After thinking it over I found
my review:8/10. I didn't give the game a 9 because there are a few bugs
and some items need to be made and modified. Thats the end of the LBP2
